The Mary Lamont Band was an 802 group performing at this summer's very successful Jones Beach season. Line-dancing fans responded enthusiastically to the contemporary country music band, headed by vocalist/songwriter Lamont.
The five-piece band includes Jim Marchese, lead guitar; Jeff Lampert, pedal steel; Cosmo LoCricchio, electric bass; and Frank Patterson on drums. Kirk Condyles photographed the concert for Allegro.
